An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you make an enquiry or feedback using the forms on this website then we store this information for a while so that we can effectively deal with the enquiry or feedback request. When we have dealt with the enquiry or feedback we will then delete the personal details e.g. name, email address, telephone no etc.

We take your data protection very serious and therefore the data stored on our website is encrypted making this close to impossible to use in the event of a data breach.

When you fill in a form on this website the data is encrypted so that it cannot be read making using this website more secure.
